SOVRYN

Care Shaped Around How You Live and Work.

Enter by population or by goal. Each pathway explains why the approach fits, what is measured, and what we ask before presenting any option. You are never required to fit an identity category to begin.

How Every Pathway Works

Assessment

A few short questions confirm your goal and state. It is an eligibility check, not a clinical decision.

Clinical Intake

You share history, medications and context. For pathway-specific rules, such as sport or aviation, we ask first.

Labs and Measurements

Laboratory work and measurements give the clinician a baseline, so decisions rest on data and not on guesswork.

Clinician Review

A licensed clinician reviews everything and writes your plan. Sometimes the answer is no, or not yet.

See the full process on How It Works, the costs on pricing, and where we are licensed on Where We Provide Care.

What We Ask Before Showing Any Option

Different people carry different rules and risks. For each pathway, this is the first thing we raise.

Athletes

We ask about anti-doping rules before presenting any options. The 2026 WADA Prohibited List includes BPC-157 and several growth-hormone-related agents. A prescription does not establish sporting eligibility.

Military Veterans

SOVRYN is not sponsored by or affiliated with the VA, the Department of Defense or the Navy. We do not treat PTSD or traumatic brain injury. Active-duty members face separate substance policies.

Pilots

FAA guidance weighs both the condition and the medication. Telehealth approval is not an aviation clearance. Compounded and investigational peptides have no FDA approval and no FAA review, so we do not present them until you and your aviation medical examiner have discussed them.

SOVRYN Private

SOVRYN Private is by application. The comparison with standard membership shows exactly what differs.

Women's Health

We screen for pregnancy, lactation, contraception and fertility plans before any treatment is considered. Some medicines are not appropriate in those situations, and we do not show them until we know.

Menopause and Midlife

We ask about breast cancer, blood clots, stroke, liver disease and unexplained vaginal bleeding before any option is shown, because they change what is appropriate. Hormone therapy decisions depend on your age, time since menopause, dose and route.

About Pathways

Do I Have to Choose a Pathway to Start?+

No. A pathway is a way into the same clinical process, not a category you must fit. You can start with the assessment, tell us your goal, and a clinician reviews your history and labs before anything is recommended.

Is Care Different for Each Pathway?+

The process is the same: an assessment, a clinical intake, laboratory work, a clinician review and a written plan. What changes is the context we ask about first, such as anti-doping rules for athletes or aviation medical rules for pilots, and the measures we follow.

Will You Share My Information With My Team or Employer?+

Not without your authorization. If you choose to have us coordinate with a trainer, physician or organization, you decide what is shared and you can withdraw that permission.

Can a Prescription Affect My Eligibility to Compete or Fly?+

It can. A prescription does not establish eligibility under sport anti-doping rules or aviation medical certification. We ask about those rules before presenting any option, and you should confirm with your governing body or aviation medical examiner.

What if My Situation Does Not Fit a Pathway?+

Start with your goal. Care is built around your history, labs and measurements, and the pathways are only starting points. If we cannot help safely, we tell you so.
