How We Source and Review What We Publish.

You are making health decisions, so you should know where our information comes from, who checked it and what we are unsure about.

Six Rules for Health Content

Every Claim Has a Source

Statements about what a medicine does link to the study they come from. We check each citation against PubMed, Europe PMC or the publisher before it is added, and we describe the study design plainly: a mouse study is called a mouse study.

We Say When Evidence Is Limited

Most peptides have little or no human trial data. Those pages carry a limited-evidence label and say what has not been studied. We do not promise outcomes, and we do not present early research as proof.

A Named Clinician Reviews Clinical Pages

Clinical protocols and white papers name their authors, a medical reviewer, the date and the version. A page stays marked as a draft, and out of search results, until the reviewer has signed off.

Limits and Conflicts Are Stated

Every library page lists who it applies to, its evidence limitations and any commercial connection. A white paper is not automatically peer-reviewed, and none of ours validates a predictive tool.

Pages Are Dated and Corrected

Library pages show their date and version. If we find an error, we correct the page, and we correct safety-related errors first.

Promotion Does Not Override Safety

Where a medication is compounded, we say it is not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, effectiveness or quality, and we show risks beside benefits.

What the Evidence Labels Mean

Published Research

A summary of a peer-reviewed study, with a link to the source. Peer review does not make a finding certain, and we state the study's limits.

SOVRYN Clinical Protocol

How our clinicians approach a situation: who is and is not a candidate, what is measured, when we check in, and when we stop. It is our practice, not a guideline from a professional society.

Clinical Perspective

A clinician's reasoned view on a question where the evidence is incomplete. It is labeled as opinion.

Research in Development

Work that is not finished or has not been reviewed. It is not used to guide care, and it is never presented as validated.
