- How you protect patient information. We do not share patient data without the patient's authorization.
- How you measure quality, and what you would show a patient who asked.

How Do I Contact SOVRYN About a Partnership?+
Use the button on this page or email the address shown on the contact page, with a short description of your organization. Please do not send patient information by email.
Which Pharmacies Does SOVRYN Use?+
Prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacies, and your care plan names the pharmacy for your medication. Our pharmacy partners page explains how prescriptions are filled, tested and shipped.
Does a Conversation Mean You Endorse Us?+
No. A conversation is not an endorsement, and SOVRYN does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by any organization unless it says so in writing.
Do You Share Patient Information With Partners?+
Not without the patient's authorization. When a patient asks us to coordinate with a trainer, physician or organization, we share only what they authorize.
Can Organizations Refer Their Members?+
Yes, an organization can tell its members about SOVRYN. Each person completes the same assessment and is reviewed individually by a clinician. A referral does not guarantee that care is appropriate or available.
