What This Means
How State Licensing Affects You
Where You Are During the Visit
Your location at the time of the visit decides which state's rules apply. If you travel, tell your care team before a scheduled visit.
If Your State Is Not Listed
The assessment tells you so before you share any history. Leave your email and we will write when we reach your state. We cannot see patients outside the states where we are licensed.

Protections
Licensing and Your Rights
Every state page links to that state's license lookup and to the regulator that handles complaints, so you can check who is caring for you and raise a concern at any time. The same standard applies in each state: a clinician reviews your history and laboratory results before anything is prescribed, and a licensed pharmacy fills any prescription.

Questions
About State Availability
Why Does My State Matter for Telehealth?+
Medical care is regulated by each state. A clinician must be licensed in the state where the patient is physically located during the visit, so we can only see patients in states where our clinicians hold a license.
What if I Travel or Move?+
Your location at the time of the visit decides which state's rules apply. Tell your care team before a scheduled visit if you will be away, and tell us if you move so we can confirm we can still care for you.
How Can I Check a Clinician's License?+
Each state publishes a license lookup. Our state pages link to the California, Florida and Texas lookups and to the regulator where you can raise a concern. You can also ask your care team for the clinician's license details.
Will You Add More States?+
We plan to. If your state is not listed, the assessment tells you before you share any history, and you can leave your email so we can write when we reach it. We do not see patients outside the states where we are licensed.
Is Medication Available the Same Way in Every State?+
Not always. State rules for telehealth and compounding can differ and change. A clinician decides what is appropriate for you, and if medication is prescribed, a licensed pharmacy fills it and ships it to you.
