How the First Payment Works
Your assessment and intake do not carry a charge. After a clinician reviews your intake and prepares your written plan, you authorize the first payment, which is the monthly total of the plan you choose. Your recurring payment is the same amount.

Care only. For patients who are tapering, between protocols, or on insured or branded medication billed by their own pharmacy.

Plans bill on the same date each calendar month, not on a 28-day cycle.

Your plan is reviewed before each medication refill is charged.
Notice Before Every Charge
You receive the amount due, what it covers and the date, before the charge is made.
Cancel Before Your Next Billing Date
Cancel from your account at any time before the next billing date. Compounded medication that has already shipped cannot be returned or refunded, except when it is damaged, defective or shipped in error.
