SOVRYN

Your Care Journey, From Assessment to Follow-Up.

Five steps, each with a clear purpose. You always know the plan, who is responsible for the next step, and how progress will be reviewed.

Start Your Assessment

Four short questions about your goals and state. This is an eligibility check, not a clinical decision.

We first confirm that SOVRYN is available where you live (currently CA, FL & TX), so you do not spend time on a form we cannot act on.

You choose your goal, and your pathway if one fits, such as athlete, veteran, pilot or private client. Your selections carry through to the next step.

You Need

Your goal and your state.

You Get

A clear answer on availability and a pointer to the right pathway.

See Your Cost, Then Complete Clinical Intake

You see the plan cost before you give us your history.

Your cost overview shows the monthly total of the plan you are considering, with care and medication itemized.

Clinical intake is a secure form covering your medical history, current medications, what you have already tried and how it went. It is separate from the assessment, and a licensed clinician reviews it.

You Need

Your medication list and medical history.

You Get

A secure intake and a clinician who reads it.

Laboratory Work, Where It Matters

A baseline helps your clinician see where you are starting.

When a plan calls for it, your baseline panel is included in your first care cycle. Some plans need a recent panel; others need one we order.

Results are explained line by line, in writing.

You Need

A visit to a draw site near you, where available.

You Get

Results explained in plain language.

Clinical Review and Your Written Plan

Time to review your history, discuss options, and agree on next steps.

Your clinician reviews your intake and results with you. You leave with a written plan: what you are taking, why, what to expect, how progress will be measured, and what would make us change course.

Only after this review do you authorize a charge. If treatment is not appropriate, nothing is prescribed.

You Need

A quiet block of time and a camera.

You Get

A written plan, and a prescription only if appropriate.

Fulfillment and Ongoing Review

Medication ships cold-chain if prescribed. Your plan keeps being reviewed.

If prescribed, medication ships from a licensed pharmacy in discreet packaging, with supplies and written instructions.

Message your care team between visits. Your plan is reviewed on a schedule, with measured trends, tolerance and the next decision documented each time, including an individualized maintenance or discontinuation plan when it is time.

You Need

Tell your care team about symptoms and treatment concerns so your plan can be reviewed promptly.

You Get

A named care owner, a dated next step, and scheduled reviews.

Questions About the Process

Is the Assessment a Clinical Decision?+

No. The assessment checks your goal and your state. Only a licensed clinician decides whether anything is prescribed, after reviewing your history and results.

When Am I Charged?+

After your clinical review, when you have seen your written plan. You see the amount, what it covers and when any recurring payment will occur before you authorize it.

What If Treatment Isn’t Appropriate for Me?+

Then nothing is prescribed. Your clinician explains why and what the alternatives are.

How Long Does Each Step Take?+

It depends on your schedule and on whether labs are needed. Your care owner gives you dates for each next step so you always know what is coming.
