Longevity Panel
Longevity Panel
A baseline laboratory panel reviewed line by line with your clinician. It sets the starting point that your plan is measured against.
How it is offered
Included in Your First Care Cycle
Pricing
Baseline panel included with care plans. Any separate charge is shown before you authorize it.
Laboratory tests are ordered by a licensed clinician and run by an independent laboratory. A panel describes your health at one point in time and is not a diagnosis. Evidence standards.
Start Your Assessment →What Is Longevity Panel?
A baseline laboratory panel reviewed line by line with your clinician: ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, hs-CRP, HbA1c, IGF-1 and a full metabolic panel.
It sets the starting point your plan is measured against. It is not a diagnosis and not a single score.
Good to Know
- Prescribed only after a clinician reviews your history.
- Dose and course are set by your clinician, not by you.
- Results vary, and we do not promise outcomes.
Who It Is For
Eligibility
Often a Good Fit If
- ✓Starting a longevity, metabolic or peptide plan
- ✓Wanting a clear baseline to measure change against
- ✓Willing to repeat the panel on your clinician's schedule
- ✓Comfortable reviewing results in a visit, not alone
Not Prescribed If
- —Seeking a single score or a diagnosis from a blood test
- —Unable to complete a blood draw
- —Expecting results to predict how long you will live
Read Before You Decide
Key Risks, Stated Plainly
The main risks are those of a routine blood draw: brief discomfort, bruising and, rarely, fainting. The larger risk is over-reading numbers, which is why a clinician reviews them with you.
Contact care the same day for
Unusually heavy bleeding or swelling at the draw site, or faintness that does not resolve.
What Is Measured
ApoB
A count of atherogenic particles, a more direct view of cardiovascular risk than LDL alone.
Lp(a)
A largely inherited risk marker, usually measured once.
Fasting Insulin and HbA1c
Early and longer-term views of how your body handles glucose.
Hs-CRP
A general marker of inflammation.
IGF-1
A marker of growth-hormone activity, relevant before and during certain plans.
Full Metabolic Panel
Kidney, liver, electrolytes and glucose.
A Clearer Path Forward
How Clinicians Review Your Response
You and Your Clinician Look at the Same Data
Symptoms you report, laboratory results and, if you connect one, wearable trends are reviewed together before any change.
A Physician-Led Review Every 90 Days
Included in your monthly price. Your clinician decides whether to continue, adjust the dose, change course or stop.
Clinical Judgment Decides
Results are interpreted in context, with trend over time, and no single number is turned into a score.
Your Care Sequence
01
Questionnaire
Share your history and goals in about ten minutes.
02
Lab Order
Your clinician orders the panel and you complete a draw near you.
03
Results Review
Walk through each line with your clinician and agree what matters.
04
Repeat on Schedule
Repeat labs reviewed at the interval your clinician sets.
Common Questions About Longevity Panel
Is This a Diagnosis?+
No. A panel describes your health at one point in time. Diagnosis and decisions come from a clinician reviewing it with your history.
Will It Tell Me How Long I Will Live?+
No. These markers are associated with risk, not destiny, and we do not collapse them into a single longevity score.
Do I Need to Fast?+
Some results, including fasting insulin, require it. Your lab order includes preparation instructions.
Still unsure? Message the care team before you join. No account needed.
The Mechanism
What Each Marker Tells You
Cardiovascular
ApoB and Lp(a) describe atherogenic particle burden.
Metabolic
Fasting insulin and HbA1c describe glucose handling over time.
Inflammation and Hormones
hs-CRP and IGF-1 add context about inflammation and growth-hormone activity.

What the Evidence Supports
ApoB, Lp(a), HbA1c and hs-CRP each have a substantial research base relating them to cardiometabolic risk.
What It Does Not (Yet)
No panel predicts individual lifespan, and the value of intervening on every marker is not established for every person.
Badge definitions and FDA category sourcing are on the Science page.
Selected Studies
There are no large, published randomized trials in people for this use, so we cite none as proof. What exists is mostly laboratory and animal research, and we describe it as that.
