Clinical insight for training, recovery, and long-term performance.

How We Approach This Pathway

Why This Approach Fits

Build a plan around training demands, injury history, recovery and cardiovascular health. Measurements and clinician review help distinguish a routine setback from a concern.

How Care Works

Dr. Provencher's musculoskeletal and tactical-athlete background and Dr. Chu's cardiovascular perspective inform this pathway. You select a training goal and competitive status, define a review date, and, when you authorize it, we coordinate with your training team.

What Is Measured, and What We Ask First

What Is Measured

Laboratory results, symptoms, treatment tolerance and relevant biometric trends are reviewed together by your clinician, on a schedule you agree on at the start.

Before We Show Any Options

We ask about anti-doping rules before presenting any options. The 2026 WADA Prohibited List includes BPC-157 and several growth-hormone-related agents. A prescription does not establish sporting eligibility.

Options for This Pathway

These are the options we can usually discuss without raising an anti-doping conflict. Others are raised only after we know the rules you compete under.

This page describes a care pathway and is not a treatment recommendation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, effectiveness or quality. Prescriptions are issued only after clinician review.

Questions From Athletes

Does a Prescription Make Me Eligible to Compete?+

No. A prescription does not establish sporting eligibility. Your sport's anti-doping rules decide that, and some medications need an approved therapeutic use exemption before use. We ask about your sport first.

Which Options Do You Show Competitive Athletes?+

We ask about your governing body and testing status before presenting any option, and we do not present options that your rules prohibit. The 2026 WADA Prohibited List includes BPC-157 and several growth-hormone-related agents.

Can You Coordinate With My Team Physician or Trainer?+

Yes, when you authorize it. You decide who receives what, and you can change that at any time.
