Plan
Your Goal, and Why the Plan Looks the Way It Does.
Your plan is versioned. Every change shows who made it and why, and earlier versions stay available.
Your Goal
“Lose weight steadily and keep my energy up for training.”
In your words. Target date and next review: December 20, 2026.
Why This Plan
Your clinician chose a once-weekly GLP-1 medicine to start at a low dose and raise it only as your body tolerates it. Your baseline labs and history did not show a reason to avoid it. Because appetite can drop quickly, your plan adds a protein target and weekly check-ins so you keep muscle while you lose weight. Nothing changes without a reason you can read here, and your clinician reviews your measurements before each dose decision and before each refill.
What We Will Measure Next
- Laboratory panels: baseline thyroid panel, then a follow-up panel at your 90-day review. Reviewed by your treating clinician.
- Weekly check-in: appetite, nausea, energy and sleep. Reviewed by your care owner.
- Optional wearable observations, such as resting heart rate. They support clinical assessment and are not a diagnosis.

If Something Changes
- Side effects: message your care team. Do not change your dose yourself.
- A missed dose: contact your care team for instructions before your next dose.
- A delayed or warm shipment: do not use it. Report it under Medication and a task opens for your care owner.
- Travel: tell us your dates. Your treating clinician confirms what to do. Do not move a dose on your own.
What Would Make Us Stop or Change Course
- Persistent vomiting or inability to keep fluids down
- Severe or persistent abdominal pain
- A change in your medical history, medications, or pregnancy status
- Weight loss that is faster than your clinician considers appropriate
Always shown with a clear pause and reassessment path.
Alternatives We Discussed
A different GLP-1 medicine, nutrition and training support alone, and waiting while you work on sleep and protein first.
Your Team
- Your care owner: Nurse Practitioner. Owns your next step.
- Your treating clinician: Physician. Makes every prescribing decision.
- Registered dietitian: nutrition and muscle preservation.
