    Thanks for your check-in. Your appetite is a little lower than we expected this early, so we added a daily protein target to your plan. Nothing to do besides read the note under Plan, and tell us if nausea changes.

    Got it. Can I take the injection on a different day of the week if I am traveling?

    Please do not move your dose on your own. Tell us your travel dates and your treating clinician will confirm what to do. There is a written travel contingency under Plan.

What Notifications Will and Will Not Say

Notifications and lock-screen previews carry no clinical detail. Examples of what is allowed:

  • “You have a new message from your SOVRYN care team.”
  • “Your appointment is tomorrow at 3:00 PM.”
  • “A charge is scheduled for October 21.”

Never in a notification: medication names, results, diagnoses, measurements or goals.
